General information about our refund terms

TagPulse offers a free tier for personal use that requires no payment. For our paid subscriptions (Fleet Control and Corporate), all payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. This refund policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through Paddle.

2. Free Tier

TagPulse Home is free forever

TagPulse Home is free forever for personal use. No payment is required, so no refund applies. You can use the free tier indefinitely without any obligation.

3. Paid Subscriptions — Refund Eligibility

Conditions under which refunds are granted

We want you to be satisfied with TagPulse. If you are not happy with your paid subscription, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days of your initial purchase — full refund, no questions asked
  • After 14 days — refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Renewal charges — if you forgot to cancel before a renewal, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge for a full refund of that renewal period
EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Our 14-day money-back guarantee meets or exceeds this requirement. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

4. How to Request a Refund

Simple steps to get your money back

To request a refund, you can:

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number or email address used at checkout
  • Use the subscription management link in your purchase confirmation email from Paddle

We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

5. Cancellation

Cancel anytime with no hidden fees

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • Your fleet dashboard access continues until the period expires
  • Your machines revert to the free Home tier after expiration

To cancel, use the subscription management portal provided in your Paddle purchase confirmation email, or contact us at [email protected].

6. Non-Refundable Situations

When refunds may not apply

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase (unless renewal-related)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described before purchase

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. Chargebacks are handled by Paddle as our payment processor.

All payments handled securely by Paddle

All payments for TagPulse paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (for customers globally) or Paddle.com Inc. (for US customers). Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record, meaning Paddle is the entity that charges your payment method and appears on your bank or credit card statement. For payment-related inquiries, you may also contact Paddle directly through the links provided in your purchase receipt.

How we communicate updates

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of paid services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
