3. System Requirements
What you need to run TagPulse
TagPulse requires:
- Windows 10, Windows 11, or later versions
- Administrator privileges for full hardware monitoring capabilities
- Internet connection for AI features and telemetry
4. Data Collection and Privacy
How your data is collected and used
By using TagPulse, you acknowledge and consent to the collection of anonymous hardware telemetry data as described in our Privacy Policy. This data is used to improve our AI models and does not include personal information.
5. Payment & Billing
How payments are processed for paid subscriptions
TagPulse is free for personal use. For our paid Fleet Management subscriptions:
- All payments are processed by Paddle.com ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record
- Paddle is the entity that charges your payment method and appears on your bank or credit card statement
- Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, tax calculation, and payment compliance
- By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

6. EU Consumer Rights
Your rights under EU consumer protection law
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following statutory rights:
Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] with your purchase details.
If you have already used the subscription services during the withdrawal period, you may be charged a proportionate amount for the services used up to the point of withdrawal.
Additionally:
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first purchases, as described in our Refund Policy
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle's subscription management portal
- No cancellation fees apply — you simply won't be charged for the next billing period

These rights are in addition to, and do not limit, your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
Your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law are not affected by these Terms. In any conflict between these Terms and mandatory consumer protection laws, the consumer protection laws prevail.

- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software
- Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software

TagPulse and all related intellectual property rights are owned by TagPulse and its licensors. The Software is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use TagPulse trademarks, logos, or branding.
9. Third-Party Components
Open-source and external software we use
TagPulse may include third-party software components, including but not limited to:
- LibreHardwareMonitor (Mozilla Public License 2.0)
- Various open-source libraries
These components are subject to their respective licenses, which are included with the Software.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided as-is
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Software will meet your specific requirements
- The Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Hardware readings and predictions will be accurate
- Any errors in the Software will be corrected
11. Limitation of Liability
Limits on our responsibility
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TAGPULSE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
This includes, without limitation, any damages arising from:
- Hardware monitoring inaccuracies or failures
- System crashes or data loss
- Decisions made based on AI predictions or alerts
- Interruption of service or loss of data
12. Indemnification
Your responsibility to hold us harmless
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TagPulse and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Software or violation of these Terms.
13. Updates and Changes
How we keep the Software up to date
TagPulse may:
- Update the Software automatically to improve functionality and security
- Modify features or functionality at any time
- Change these Terms with notice posted on our website
For material changes, we will notify you via email or through a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
14. Termination
When and how this agreement ends
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
15. Governing Law
Legal jurisdiction and applicable law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. For consumers in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where they provide greater protection. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Thessaloniki, Greece, except where mandatory consumer protection laws grant you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
16. Severability
What happens if a provision is unenforceable
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
